- Direct assistance to the Iraqi Government in successfully negotiating and executing $5.8 Billion-dollar commercial aircraft fleet acquisition agreements with Boeing and Bombardier to modernize the state-owned airline’s fleet
- Assistance to government owned airline in implementing the Boeing and Bombardier agreements
- Assistance to the Iraqi Government in sourcing and negotiating commercial aircraft purchases
- Developed and implemented the contracting section and international legal office at the Erbil International Airport, Iraq’s most modern airport
- Advisory services concerning large concession agreements for ground handling services
- Direct assistance to clients in aircraft sale and purchase agreements
- Conducted due diligence for clients of potential aircraft sales entities and assisted in establishing escrow accounts for the transactions
